As noted in the Images of America-Weyauwega book, this historic schoolhouse is the third oldest in Wisconsin. Having been moved from approximately a mile west of the City, it is now located just inside of Maasch Community Park. Visitation hours are on summer Saturdays from the first Saturday in June to Saturday of Labor Day weekend from 1-4 pm. Or, call (715) 281-6310 for special arrangements. Donations are appreciated, but not necessary. Bring the whole family to learn what school was like, starting in October, 1861.

Also note the special walkway - remembering groups, businesses, and individuals who have contributed to the Weyauwega area. Sponsorship bricks can still be purchased.
