The City of Weyauwega has four active TIF Districts within the Community. 

Fully improved and buildable land is available in both Industrial Park West and Industrial Park East. 























The Industrial Park provides:

  • Rail spur access

  • Water/Sewer

  • Access to County/State Highways including - County X, State Road 110 and State Highway 10

In addition the City is proud to say that it has a current ISO Fire Rating of "3".

The City also has numerous opportunities in the downtown area for retail/service business growth and entrepreneurial success!
